Compare Design for declarative design vs regular Groovy code
Tested out the new declarative design framework in Vaadin 7.4 and compared it with a syntax in plain Groovy, that makes handling components of the hierarchy (scene graph if you will) easier (no DSL, just plain (refactorable) code).
