vdecl - no-reload, zero-roundtrip Vaadin UI design... for developers

With the release of the Vaadin Designer, I decided this week to write something similar, but to capture the developer experience of Figwheel. Which is editing your source in your editor of choice and once writing the changes to disk seeing the change at once in your parallel running browser.
